This agreement covers a one-time trip using the Owner's DVC points to secure the reservation described for the named renter and party. The Owner will not intentionally cancel or change the booking and will use reasonable efforts to maintain a valid reservation matching this agreement.
The holiday experience itself is provided by Disney, Disney Vacation Club and the booked resort. Except for maintaining the reservation described in this agreement, the Owner is not responsible for travel disruption, park operations, resort operations, weather, or other stay-related issues beyond the Owner's reasonable control.

Wide logo guidance
Best result: 1200 × 300 px or another clean 4:1 layout. PNG or SVG usually works best. Keep important artwork centred and avoid pushing text or marks hard against the left and right edges.
Favicon guidance
Best result: 512 × 512 px square source. Use a simple high-contrast icon, monogram, or symbol. Avoid fine text because favicons are shown very small in browser tabs and bookmarks.
Owner Evidence Example Guidance
Best result: a landscape image close to CR80 proportions around 1.59:1, for example 1012 × 638 px or 1600 × 1008 px. Use a generic sample membership/pass image only. Do not use Disney or DVC logos.

Fine-tune the burned-in watermark used for downloadable chart PDFs and floor plans. You can keep the text watermark, adjust the hex colour and opacity, or upload a transparent PNG to use instead.
This is the main line burned into downloadable assets. It starts with your current default text.

Tier logic: Pinnacle and Premier apply only to their listed resorts when check-in is 7–11 months from today. The same high-demand resorts fall to Classic inside 7 months. Classic and Saver resort groups apply from 0–11 months. Admin values below drive the public estimate.
